Our third day in Rome brought shopping and beautiful greenery. We started the day at Via Condotti, the fifth avenue of Rome. We didn't do any shopping that day, we just went to stroll. It was very tempting to go into each shop and look at the new spring collections though!
Straight from Via Condotti leads to the Spanish Steps. This is a Piazza filled with tourists and locals who go to find food and people watching. It is very crowded but beautiful.
At last we went to Villa Borghese, a large piece of land with an art gallery and villa. It is known for being the Central Park of Rome. You can bike through the park with picturesque views at all sides. We found a beautiful villa in the distance and just enjoyed the wonderful weather and sun. From their we walked down to Piazza Popolo which is just a square to enjoy. We ate dinner there and walked back to our hotel. We did walk a lot on this day but enjoyed seeing a different part of Rome!
